Thanksgiving Feast

At Gigi's preschool, they prepared a Thanksgiving Feast for us. The kids helped their teachers make applesauce, pumpkin bars, bread and cranberry sherbet! I was impressed that they made so much food for us. It was a lot of fun seeing (and eating) all the fun things that Gigi does at preschool. :)

And a pic of us at the feast. Adam was out of town so he couldn't make it but we still had a fun time. 

We spent Thanksgiving with some friends of ours from our church. I forgot to take pics but we had a great time celebrating with them and the kids had a lot of fun playing with each other. And it was nice to split up the food and workload! I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving too! :)

Thanksgiving Mantel

I made a few tweaks to my mantel to decorate for Thanksgiving (you can see my Halloween mantel here).

I made the THANKS letters last year by spray painting kraft paper letters with gold and glitter. Super easy and cheap project to do.

I kept up the flowers and glitter leaf garland that I made, which made it super easy to change things up.

I got the twig and pinecone turkeys last year at Pottery Barn. Love this year's version- and they're on SALE!

and of course I had to keep up some of my mercury glass pumpkins (sim here)

So that's it! I get to enjoy it for a few more weeks until all my Christmas decorations get put up, which I can't wait for!!

Nineteen Months Old (Liam's Monthly Photo)

Liam turned nineteen months old on November 11th. His monthly stats are:

Height: 33.5 inches; 73rd percentile

Weight: 27 lbs 10 oz; 84th percentile

Head Circumference: 18.5 inches; 33rd percentile

Liam started loving all things Elmo. He loves to watch Sesame Street or any Elmo movie and he's always asking to watch a 'show'. He also loves spiderman toys and he especially loves to wear his spiderman snow boots! He is a good sleeper both at nap time and nighttime. Here are his monthly photos...
