Fun at the Micklesen's

While we were in Utah, Gigi's cousin Violet had her 6th Birthday! My sister Tricia threw her a fun party at Provo Beach. They had tons of games for the kids, and both Gigi and Liam loved the mini bowling! Especially Liam, he just loved throwing the bowling ball, even if he didn't knock any pins over. :)


They also loved riding the carousel!

My parents had their mission report on January 25th. After church everyone came over for some yummy German food. My parents even dressed for the occasion in their lederhosen and dirndl costumes!

My brother Conrad and his wife Hailey also stayed at my parents house. I just love their cute little boy Dex and so did Gigi!

We had a great time in Utah, even though it was a bit long!! It's always nice to for Gigi and Liam to spend time with their cousins and grandparents and it was a nice break from the freezing cold Minnesotan weather. :)

My Parents Arrive from Berlin!

My parents arrived home from their mission to Berlin on January 14th. Here they are after a very long flight!

We all drove to the airport to greet them, so they had a wonderful welcome committee! We are so happy to have them home! :)

Liam is such an easy going boy. He loves his big sister and loves to copy her and follow her around. They play so well together and Gigi is a great helper. He is becoming more independent and loves to do things all by himself. Here are his monthly photos...

Fun at the Craw's

Adam left to go home after New Year's, but we stayed in Utah for a few more weeks. We spent another week with the Craw's and Gigi and Liam had too much fun! We had to take advantage of the warmer weather so Grandma and Grandpa got the jeep out. Gigi almost has the hang of driving it, but Grandpa and I had to help her out a bit. :)

The kids also loved gaming on the iPads!
