Halloween Jammies

This year Grandma Craw got the kids some cute jammies for Halloween. Of course Gigi and Liam had to make some silly faces!

Pumpkin Patch

I love going to the pumpkin patch each year and so do the kids! They love to pick out their very own pumpkin and I love taking lots of pictures!

Fit n' Fun Walk & Halloween Party

On October 14th, Gigi's school had a Fit n' Fun walk to raise money for the school. Liam and I were able to join her as we walked around her school a few times. Here are all the kids getting ready to go (Gigi is in the striped shirt in the middle)...

Lake Superior

In mid September, we decided to take a road trip to Duluth, MN to visit one of the Great Lakes. We spent the weekend there and had fun exploring the area. We arrived late Friday night and got dinner then checked into our hotel. On Saturday we went on a walk around Lake Superior...

Twins Game

Adam got some free tickets from work to the Twins game so we took the kids to the game with us. They always love going to ball games since they get to eat hot dogs, fries and cotton candy (of course!).

Home Updates

This summer we made a few updates to our home. First, we changed the paint color from white to gray. The white had gotten really dirty over the years so we decided to go with a color that wouldn't show the dirt as much. Here's the before...

and after! We also added shutters and changed the door color to brighten it up!

 The next project was replacing the tile on our fireplace hearth. It was old and dingy and we just didn't like it. Here's a pic before...

 Adam helped to demo the old tile and I did all the new tile myself. Here's some progress pics...

I think it makes the room feel much brighter and fresher :)
