Halloween Costumes

This year Gigi and Liam wanted to dress up as characters from Star Wars and they even talked us into dressing up as well! It's been a long time since I've dressed up but it was a lot of fun to do a family theme costume. And of course I had to involve Buddy in it too!

So here we are... Chewbacca, Han Solo, Rey, BB-8 and Princess Leia!

Carving Pumpkins

This year the kids chose a BB-8 pumpkin since we were all dressing up as characters from Star Wars...

Halloween Costumes

Gigi chose to be a unicorn (of course!) for Halloween and Liam chose a dragon. They make pretty cute mystical creatures! :) It was pretty cold outside when I was taking these pics and Liam was having a difficult time, as you can see below...

Emoji Pumpkins

Gigi and Liam both picked out what they wanted to carve in their pumpkins. They went with an emoji theme this year -- Liam picked the poop emoji and Gigi picked the face with the stuck-out tongue. I think Adam and I did a pretty good job!

Halloween Decor

I love decorating for Halloween and had fun this year. I found these cute little skeletons at CVS for like $4.00 each and so I had to get a few of them...

Pumpkin Patch

One of my favorite Fall activities is going to the pumpkin patch to let the kids pick out a pumpkin. The weather was perfect and Gigi and Liam had a great time riding around in the wagon to find the perfect pumpkin!

Halloween Cookies

Gigi and Liam love making sugar cookies with me. In fact, they are Gigi's favorite cookie! She asks to make them for every holiday. They sure are great little helpers! :)

Halloween Costumes

For Halloween this year the kids both wanted to be superheroes! Liam was Iron Man and Gigi was Cat Girl.

We also went to the Halloween party at our church where they had lots of games and candy. I love this pic of Liam with his friends, he's sad because he's not holding the Captain America shield...

Carving Pumpkins

The kids love carving pumpkins for Halloween. Liam chose Iron Man (or course!) for his pumpkin that I carved and Gigi chose Pikachu that Adam carved. I think they turned our pretty good!
