A few happenings in February...

Gigi's 3rd grade music concert

And Gigi was in her first school talent show, dancing to 'Who Let the Dogs Out!' Soooooo incredibly proud of her!!! I was holding back tears as I watched her conquer her nerves and deliver a great performance in front of her whole school!

Liam's First Day of Kindergarten

Liam's first day of kindergarten was on August 29th. I can't believe he's already going to kindergarten! He has the same teacher that Gigi had and he's very excited to be riding the bus with Gigi!

First Day of 3rd Grade

Gigi's first day of 3rd grade was on August 27th. I can't believe how fast summer flew by but she's excited to start school and see all of her friends!

Liam Rides a Bike

In the beginning of May, Liam learned how to ride a bike! He has been using a balance bike so it was an easy transition to a pedal bike and he learned super fast! Look at him go!

Liam's First Day of Preschool

Liam's first day of preschool was on September 12th. He was excited to start school and did so good on the first day! The second day was a little more difficult but he quickly got used to it and loved going to school everyday!

Gigi's First Day of 2nd Grade

Gigi's first day of school was on August 28th. She is excited to start 2nd grade and see all of her friends she missed over the summer!

First Lost Tooth!

On January 1st, Gigi lost her first tooth! She was so excited to get this note from the tooth fairy...

Gigi's First Day of 1st Grade

Gigi's first day of 1st grade was on August 29th. She's excited to go back to school and see all of her friends from Kindergarten. 

Gigi Rides a Bike!

This summer Gigi learned how to ride a bike! For the past year or so she's been riding this balance bike, which made it so easy to transition to a regular bike.

With about 15 mins or so of help from Daddy, she was ready to go on her own. I couldn't believe how fast she picked it up!

Off she goes!

Gigi's 1st Day of Kinder

Gigi started Kindergarten on August 26th and I wasn't ready for it but she was super excited! Here she is all ready for her first day of school...

and she had to have a picture with Liam...

I took her to her classroom on the first day, here she is at her desk...

 And the first week of school they had a carnival, so we had some fun in the photo booth!

Gigi's First Day of Preschool

On September 10th, Gigi had her first day of Preschool. I can't believe she is already in preschool, how did this happen so fast!? I had mixed emotions about her going off to school but I know she's ready and she'll have a great time. Here she is all ready to go...

Gigi of course wanted to make silly faces :)

She picked out an Elsa and Anna backpack, which is almost as big as she is! And she wanted her hair in an Elsa braid...

We stayed and played with Gigi for a little bit to ease her into it. She was a little nervous when we first left but her teacher said she was fine after a few minutes. And since then she's been excited everyday to go to preschool and she loves her teachers.
